Recipe: Appetizer balls with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and tomato & oregano popcorn

Recette : Boulettes d'apéritif au fromage de chèvre, tomates séchées et popcorn à la tomate & origan

Ingredients for 8 small or 5 large appetizer balls :

  • 150 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 70 g “Tomato & Oregano” popcorn
  • 50 g of dried tomatoes

Recipe :

  1. Cut your sundried tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Using a blender or food processor, grind 70g of popcorn into slightly coarse crumbs and set aside in a separate bowl. Add half of the sundried tomatoes and mix.
  3. Then, in another container, pour your fresh goat cheese and add the rest of your sundried tomatoes cut into small pieces.
  4. Using a small spoon, scoop out a little of your goat cheese mixture and place it in the breadcrumbs. Then, shape your small ball with your fingers until it is completely covered in popcorn pieces.

Serve chilled!
