
Ingredients :
- Pear (1 per person)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon per 1/2 pear
- Homemade Granola
- Coracai Acai Sorbet (or other red fruits)
- Raspberry and Chia Seed Swiss Popcorn
- Yogurt (Greek yogurt, soy yogurt) or sour cream
- Lime (zest)
- Honey
Homemade Granola Recipe :
- 280 g of oat flakes (or other "mixed" cereals: rye, spelt, puffed rice, puffed quinoa, etc.)
- 170g coarsely chopped nuts (mixture of almonds, hazelnuts, dates, cashews, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (sunflower, rapeseed, etc.)
- 6 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon or gingerbread mix
- 1 vanilla pod
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spread on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 150°C, making sure to open the oven and stir every 10 minutes.
Recipe :
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Cut the pears in half (remove the seeds if desired).
3. Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and a little honey and place them in the oven for about 25 minutes.
4. Once cooked, remove them from the oven and start serving.
5. Place a teaspoon of yogurt topped with the zest of half a lemon on each pear half, then add a small scoop of sorbet on top, sprinkle with granola and finish with some popcorn.
